COLLECT PHONE CALLS

Unless you are Uncle LeVar's oldest son Ted, we won't accept collect phone calls. We figure anyone with a computer, an on-line service and a hobby can afford to call us directly.

CONFIRMATION

At your request we will confirm your order before shipping it. Please make sure we have all your information especially your email address or FAX number, if we don't, you will get a post card.

COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS

Our sincere thanks goes to our loyal customers who report copyright infringements of our literature and products. We wish we could reward everyone, but most issues are settled with only a letter or a few phone calls. Our licenses require us to "Aggressively pursue" any and all violators. Thanks in advance for your help.

CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

Send us e-mail with your questions. Commonly asked questions will be placed in an FAQ. We often answer questions over the phone about our products. It is against company policy to reveal our sources and suppliers, so please don't ask.

ITEMS IN STOCK

Not all items are in stock; some things are made to your order. Please refer to notes at the end of each catalog section.

PACKAGING MATERIALS

We are trying to help the environment by using recycled materials for shipping. (That's a fancy way to say we're too cheap to buy new boxes.)

REFUNDS and CREDITS

Unless it is specifically requested you will be issued a credit memo. Refunds will be given the same way in which they were received. i.e. credit card will be refunded as a credit card refund. etc..

RETURNS and WARRANTIES

Please read this carefully. Our return policy is not the same as a department store.

We can't accept returns on items that are hammered, gouged, painted, chipped or otherwise trashed. All returns must be resellable. We will "make-good" in situations that are our fault, otherwise you are on your own. Our liability is limited to the cost or replacement of the goods sold. It is the users responsibility to test for suitability of the product. Some items do carry an extended warranty; this information will be located in comments at the end of each catalog section. Custom work is not returnable. There is a 20% restocking fee for any returned items, and the customer pays all shipping fees. Please call for a Return Authorization Number.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted; please call before returning an item.

SALES TAX

Utah residents must add 6.50% sales tax unless full tax exempt documentation is received. Items sold to persons located outside of Utah are exempt from Utah sales tax.

TERMS

We do not ship on open account. Please include a check or money order for the correct amount. We may wait for your check to clear, so use of a money order may expedite your order. Don't send cash through the mail. Utah residents must add 6.50% sales tax.
