III. FX Supply Website Membership Agreement

You may not submit this application for another party. You must be legally authorized to submit this form.

By submitting your application you agree to the following terms and conditions;

1. You allow us to send you occasional emails for maintenance and promotional purposes.
2. You agree not to use false information. If you do, you will be permanently blacklisted from this service.
3. You agree to use your membership for yourself and immediate family only. You agree not to publish your password nor share it with others who have not agreed to these terms and conditions.
4. You agree to not use any information obtained through this membership to compete against Special Effect Supply Corp.
5. You agree to not infringe on any copyright held by Special Effect Supply Corp. nor any supplier thereto.
6. You may cancel your membership at any time by sending a communication stating so. You must be the same party who submitted the application.

IV. FINES and FEES

Membership is free to general users of the fxsupply.com website, except as follows;

Direct Competitors may not become members. Persons or entities who sell similar products as Special Effect Supply agree to pay a $1,000 USD usage fee per incident. Any exceptions to this clause must be in writing.

Enemies of Special Effect Supply may not become members. Violators agree to pay a $5,000 usage fee per incident. Enemies are defined as any person or legal entity that has engaged in any hostile action against Special Effect Supply Corp.. This may include lawsuits, credit card chargebacks, thieves, persons who have posted damaging information on the web or any other entity that has caused harm, or will intentionally cause harm to Special Effect Supply Corp.

V. Privacy Policy

The information gathered by this membership will be used exclusively by Special Effect Supply Corp. for the purpose of processing orders, promotions, and other announcements. We may send you information about a third party opportunity, but your private information will not be shared with them.
Special Effect Supply Corp. shall not be held responsible for information gathered through an illegal hack into our system. Please report suspicious activity directly to us.
You may cancel your membership at any time. To do so, please contact us in writing and ask for confirmation.
