It is very easy; simply buy a can of clear paint at the paint store, pour a little into a mixing cup and add the right pigments to get the color you want. Dry Cosmetic Grade Pigments

Great for mixing your own makeup. These come in dry powder form. To make your own rubber mask grease paint, simply mix with a bit of castor oil. Can be used as colorant for PVC and silicone.
